Face Treatments
MicroLaser Peel is for those who have little time for prolonged healing processes like Microdermabrasion. It is an intra-epidermal laser peel that precisely ablates the outermost layers of the skin. The procedure is individually tailored to the nature of the condition to be corrected.
Skin conditions such as wrinkles, scars, acne scars, keratoses, or pigmentar problems have been very successfully treated with a MicroLaserPeel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who Should Consider a MicroLaserPeel?
If you are looking for more than microdermabrasion or light chemical peels, and have little time for a prolonged healing process, then the MicroLaserPeel was designed for you.
How is the MicroLaserPeel different from Microdermabrasion?
Generally, microdermabrasion only removes the stratum corneum (10 microns). The MicroLaserPeel is a partial to full epidermal peel (20-50 microns) and is performed with topical anesthetic. Because this procedure ablates deeper into the epidermis, it is the perfect step between microdermabrasion and full skin resurfacing.
How many MicroLaserPeels can be done?
Typically, the procedure is repeated 2-4 times, spaced 6-8 weeks apart, but many peels may be done to achieve the desired result.
What can you expect?
You will experience smoother, healthier, more vibrant skin, with significant, immediate change in skin texture and tightness as compared to microdermabrasion.
How long is the healing process?
Healing takes 3-4 days. The procedure can be performed on Thursday or Friday so you can return to work the following Monday. Symptoms immediately following the procedure resemble a sunburn, with minor sloughing on the second day. Redness will begin to fade by the third day and be easily covered by makeup on the fourth day.
What should I know about pre- and post-treatment care?
Your physician will provide you with very detailed pre- and post-treatment information.
PRP Facials
Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. These needles are used to puncture the skin at various depths to create a controlled skin injury.
Each puncture creates a channel that stimulates neovascularization and neocollagenesis to fill these microscopic wounds.
PDO Threading
A PDO thread lift is a revolutionary new treatment in the world of aesthetics, but PDO threads themselves have been used safely for decades for various applications, like treating gynecological disorders or suturing incisions after medical procedures. When used as an aesthetic treatment, there are a few things you should know.
First, it mechanically results in instant skin lifting. Second, it contracts fat tissue to result in instant skin tightening. Third, it promotes collagen production and neovascularization to renew your skin at the cellular level. All of this works together to give you enhanced skin texture, fewer fine lines, wrinkles, and more elastic skin.
Chemical Peel
A chemical peel is a skin-resurfacing procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The skin that grows back after a chemical peel is smoother and younger-looking.
Chemical peels are used to treat wrinkles, skin discoloration, and scars — typically on the face. A chemical peel can be done alone or in combination with other cosmetic procedures.

CO2 Skin Laser Resurfacing
The signs of an aging face include lines, wrinkles, age spots, and a downward drooping of facial features. Although having surgery can help to correct the positioning of aging tissue, it cannot restore the skin’s once youthful glow. For those patients with a medium to deep wrinkling who wish to avoid surgical procedures but desire a youthful, refreshed skin tone, Pixel® CO2 skin resurfacing is the ideal choice.
Years ago, CO2 skin resurfacing fell out of favor due to the treatment’s long downtimes and risk of complications. Now with the Pixel CO2, you again see the fabulous results only available with CO2 but with a considerable reduction in downtime. In fact, with Pixel CO2, the average patient will only see about 3 to 5 days of minor downtime.
